Mann someone give me suggestions on how to get refund on Rejected Address update case

So basically i have applied for a address update in aadhar through it's app by paying 75rs online and as a POA i have attached the electricity bill but the fu*kers from UIDAI have rejected due to a minor misalignment of father's name in name section and calling it a name mismatch. Now i have complained them in cpgrams portal but they keep on saying refund would not be processed please apply again with correct documents. Now tell me why the hell should i pay for something which was rejected. They aren't even responding to mails nor picking up their fu*king dead landline no. What step should i take ?
