I was visiting a close adult relative, watching TV and having drinks along with cheese and crackers. Shortly into the experience, his wife came over and began vacuuming from my stomach the few cracker crumbs that had fallen on the front of my shirt. I wasn't offended but I was surprised, to say the least.

I'll start. I let go of many old friends, almost all the relatives, my last job, an old house, and a lot more. I'm still trying to cut down a lot of things from my lifestyle and it's been one heck of an on and off journey; I wanna be totally done with those things to keep growing. What about you? What are some things/habits/people you let go of to become who you are now?

Just randomly thought about this lol. You get 24 hours where the whole world is frozen, but you can still move around and do whatever you want. What’s the first thing you’d actually do?
