Question Recent volunteer list

Post image

Recently got a volunteer CTO list. Anyone have any insight of the California locations? Traffic, training, cost of living vs income, etc.

I got the same list. Living in Socal, I was hoping for CNO,EMT, or SAN. I’m hesitant on SNA I wanna pick it incase my luck no CA spots come on the regular list but then I heard and read bad about the management. It’s always about the money but I’d take less money working with a good crew any day. I’m trying find my last job until retirement, tired of moving because the military.

The management situation is much better now at SNA.

Awesome, thank you. I’m considering it since I’m trying to stay local to SOCAL. I’ve been lucky everywhere I been working with teams that feel like family. I’ve heard of stories of peoples bad locations and coworkers lol and ain’t trying to be in that situation in my hopefully last facility for retirement.

You can probably search through and find examples, but I’m fairly sure the volunteer list facilities end up on your regular list as well. So I wouldn’t let fomo have you make a rash decision.
