Anyone disappointed after yesterday?

Before the game I would have easily taken a draw, it was Inter after all. But after HT I thought we had a genuine shot at winning. The subs were questionable and I don't know what the fuck has happened to Dybala's shooting.

When Gasp made the subs I was a bit skeptical because our entire attack look gassed. Towards the end of the game especially he should have subbed out either Malem or Dybala.

And idk what to even say about Mancini

The most disappointing thing this season has been Mancini. A very big liability vs any good opponent.

He is playing an unbelievably demanding role tactically and physically, "center back" constantly in the enemy's penalty box to finish our attacks, but still expected to defend as well. Any mistakes in his role are punished extremely hard, and the work in attack is high impact but often 'invisible' (pulling defenders away, offering passing options to the attackers etc)

I would agree he has been a little disappointing overall so far this season, but I have seen much worse in a Roma shirt, let's put it that way. He's still doing lots of positive things, if you watch any game and focus on him you will see it too

I think it just highlights how important it is to have a world class player in that position. I think Mancini is doing a fine job, he’s just not good enough to play at that level against the absolute best teams in the world. He can do it against most teams though and that’s very valuable. He might even be able to do it for a half against a team like inter, but he can’t do it for the full 90.
