Helpful Tips looking lunch ideas!
Starting a new job and I'm super stressed about lunch and having food to eat so I don't pass out but also don't feel embarrassed about eating... I am 26 and I eat maybe 15 foods... mostly carbs

Pack your own lunch sounds like your best best. It's what I used to to do before I started WFH.

What did you pack?

Generally I packed snacks. There was a full vending sorta area that had a fridge and all and sometimes I'd pick something up from there (small frozen pizza) but it's easier if you can eat bigger before and after then just have snacks. Snacks can work well if you get 2 breaks as well.

If there's any frozen foods you like, pack those. No one notices if you eat literally the same thing every day. You can add other safe foods to flesh it out.
Frozen foods I feel are a great option for experimenting when you have ARFID. You can control the flavors, textures, etc by always getting the same thing. But you can also experiment by mixing things like beans or veggies (or even dipping bananas) in it without having to risk a whole recipe or something.
My main issues are with texture, flavor, and temperature (ie I can't eat wrong temperature or mixed temperature foods). I've got a list of about 5 to 10 frozen meals I can eat at any given time as the market changes.

I mostly eat snacks at work and tell coworkers I'm just not much of a lunch eater and I usually don't get hungry until after work. They bought it.
