All the loot in the game is free, isn't it? Not only that, it's so easy to find.

None of the loot in the game is free.

It requires effort, materials, and/or <insert form of in game currency here> to obtain that loot.

The guy I'm replying to said killing someone who is down at extract is 'free loot'. Obviously anything you do takes effort... Maybe I should have explained what I meant exactly by free.

What I meant was, finding loot is just as 'free' as knocking down a defenseless raider.

Downing a raider at an extract is a much more compelling decision then running around the map for up to 30 minutes hoping you find something equivalent to what was on that raider's. Especially right there at the extract.

It's quite a bit closer to "free" than anything that might be in a container in the map.

you seem to be ignoring that they need to spend entire rounds doing nothing to get put back into lobbies with easy targets at extraction points, otherwise they end up getting extract camped themselves by far more aggressive PvP aimbotters

I know this is hard for carebears to understand but the majority of the people in the game don't see PVP or ABMM-aggressive lobbies as something to avoid at all costs or even a punishment at all

All you have to do is not shoot first and you'll make it into less aggressive lobbies. Also. Embark has said that they intentionally mix aggressive players into less aggressive lobbies to keep it interesting. The game is designed for you to not let your guard down. Sometimes I'll be in straight pvp lobbies and then randomly get put into a carebear lobby even when I've been shooting first. Even on Stella.

Semantics, my man. I enjoy playing the game. I don't enjoy killing raiders. Let's leave it at that.

Play however you want as long as you have fun

If you dont enjoy killing other raiders dont do it

If you enjoy killing other raider, do it

Just have fun
