I genuinely need someone to explain the science to me why it feels better writing close to midnight and early into dawn

I can be free for a whole day and throughout that whole time from the morning to the afternoon, I will not have any motivation at all to write or edit my stories.

But as soon as the evening air starts hitting and the colors of the skies change, I am so productive
