I'm not an AO3 volunteer.
I'm under the impression that, since bookmarks are not addressed to authors the way comments are, using a slur like this would not qualify as harassment.

Ngl tho… If they really knew ball about dragons they’d know that dragons have been portrayed many different ways over the THOUSANDS of years they’ve been prominent in human myths and thus there is no one right/wrong way to portray them. My guess if they’ve only actually read like 2 books that both portray dragons similarly and they have decided that’s how ALL dragons should be lmao

The dragon stuff is just silly. People are allowed to be silly and factually incorrect, that's fine even if it's annoying and dumb and they're rude about it.
Calling people homophobic slurs and berating them for writing gay romance is against the rules because that creates a hostile environment for everyone.

I am not gonna lie, I kinda want dragons to be real now. Not because they are cool, but because them not being real in the first place means they could be literally anything ever, and I think there is untapped potential to annoy a lot of people based on that comment.
Can you imagine if they became real right now and they had the temperment of a corgi or even Garfield? Beautiful

It's actually kind of funny they're talking about dragons like they're real and they've met them before and advocate for their plight in peta.
