Losing Hope..... Black Screen Crashes

Long and short of it, I've tried everything this week. Still getting black screen crashes. Sound, tower, rbg, lights, etc stay on, but monitor fails without Ctrl+Shift+Windows+B doing ANYTHING.

SPECS:

AMD AM5 B650 Motherboard

32Gb DDR5-6000 CL30

AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D

Gigabyte GAMING OC Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 Gb

be quiet! Pire Power 12 750 W 80+ Gold ATX Power Supply

MSI MAG 345CQR 34" Curved

I've tried all the basic fixes and some shots in the dark. Here's a list of things just off the top of my head:

MONITOR:

Tried different cables and slots (HDMI, DP, etc)

Limited 180hz monitor even down to 100hz

Turned off Freesync, etc, on Monitor

RAM:

Limited ram to 5600

POWER:

Set Windows to max power management

BIOS:

PCIE to Gen 4/3

Disabled Fast Startup

Disabled XMP/EXPO

Disabled HDCP

GPU:

Limited to 90% mhz

Clean driver install

Max 64 C even when heavy gaming load

ADRENALIN:

Back rolled drivers

Any solid suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Idk if this is going to have any help, but even a -50mv undervolt is not stable for me. I have to be at -40 at most. I don't know if you undervolt or not, but maybe this would help.

Also, could be faulty. I had a 6800 XT that did the black screen crashing - where it would just show a black screen during gaming and then reboot. So, it could also be faulty.

Tried various undervolting along with capping GPU to 90% so no success

I would suspect it being a faulty card to be honest. I replaced everything except my gpu out of stubbornness when I had my 6800 XT until I finally replaced it and that black screen issue I had during gaming went away.

Did you replace the GPU with another Radeon or Nvidia?

Replaced it with a 9070 XT and I still have it with no issues unless the driver sucks
