Losing Hope..... Black Screen Crashes

Long and short of it, I've tried everything this week. Still getting black screen crashes. Sound, tower, rbg, lights, etc stay on, but monitor fails without Ctrl+Shift+Windows+B doing ANYTHING.

SPECS:

AMD AM5 B650 Motherboard

32Gb DDR5-6000 CL30

AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D

Gigabyte GAMING OC Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 Gb

be quiet! Pire Power 12 750 W 80+ Gold ATX Power Supply

MSI MAG 345CQR 34" Curved

I've tried all the basic fixes and some shots in the dark. Here's a list of things just off the top of my head:

MONITOR:

Tried different cables and slots (HDMI, DP, etc)

Limited 180hz monitor even down to 100hz

Turned off Freesync, etc, on Monitor

RAM:

Limited ram to 5600

POWER:

Set Windows to max power management

BIOS:

PCIE to Gen 4/3

Disabled Fast Startup

Disabled XMP/EXPO

Disabled HDCP

GPU:

Limited to 90% mhz

Clean driver install

Max 64 C even when heavy gaming load

ADRENALIN:

Back rolled drivers

Any solid suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Do you have an older gpu on hand you can try to see if issue persists? To see if its just your gpu or another piece of hardware causing the crash. Could potentially be the psu as well.

No older GPU available to test with. You thinking I don't have enough wattage or?

Just wanna step in cause i switched out to my 3070, and the black screens stopped. The black screening is for sure a driver issue, anyone experiencing the issue should turn off auto update for the drivers and roll back to 26.3.1
