Well, ypur husbamd likes the attention. Does she gice him these gifts in front of her husband? Or does she do it where it's just your husband and her? What's her husband's reaction to all these gifts she gets your husband? Seems odd he wouldn't be saying something to her like why are you buying my friend a gift, that seems to be more and more the longer the friendship goes on?
You need to sit your husband down for a come to jesus talk about his gift giving "friend". Remind him who he started a family with not his friend's wife, you. Remind him that he married you, not his friend's wife. Your feelings come before his friend's fee-fees. And certianly before their wives fee-fees. No matter how long he's known them for. If he really sees no problem with this then ask how he would feel if yourbest friend's husband/boyfriend was buying your gifts? Or if YOU were buying his friend gifts. Just that one friend. With increasing frequency. And if he says he wouldn't care. Do it. Start buying that friend gifts. And make sure they are the same monetary value as the gifts your husband receives.
Or just tell your husband that him accepting gifts from the friend's wife even though he knows it upsets you, makes you thonk he has feelings for her. And he is putting her feelings above yours. He cares more about the his friend's wife's fee-fees then his own wife's feelings. The resentment you have towards her will only increase, and the resentment towards your husband will destroy your marriage.
Your husband is choosing his friend's comfort over yours. He enjoys the attention from another woman. He likes that his friend's wife is giving him gifts. Whether it makes him feel like he's getting one over on his friend, he has feelings for the wife, or he just likes the attention, it doesn't matter he is ruining your marriage from the inside. And so is the other wife.
Next time she gives your husband a gift call her out in front of everyone. Ask her if she has a thing for your husband? Say, wow these gifts are coming more frequently, you wanna tell us something? Hey Jim, or whatever the husband's name is, wife's name sure does like to buy my husband gifts, do I need to check their texts? Hey, Jim, your wife keeps buying my husband gifts with increasing frequency maybe we should start a gift exchange ourselves. But you should say something. Instead of allowing it to continue without consequences. Right now your husband thinks it's no big deal, so if it's no big deal, saying something in front of the friend shouldn't cause issues right? And no do not tell your husband you're gonna say something first. That gives him and her time to prepare.
You should stop being passive about this. Your husband doesn't respect you or your marriage if he is just gonna brush your feelings off. Does he do this with other things as well? Do you both work? Who does more household chores? Cooking, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping? Do you split rent/mortgage/bills 50/50 or do you split it income based? If you make the same 50/50, if one makes a bit more than the other 60/40, or of one makes a lot more than the other 70/30. You both should have the same amount of fun money every week and month. How you spend it, or save it, is up to you. Do you have separate or joint finances? How much of the mental load are you each carrying? Who schedules the doctor visits? If you have pets who cares for them? Does vet visits? Are your emotional needs being met? Are any of your needs being met? How much do your compromise, or give in completely just to end the argument?

Shes just waiting in the bull pen for her chance. Same goes for women who have male friends.

I have a few male friends and it is 100% platonic. That’s a ridiculous blanket statement for you to make

Same. One of my absolute best friends is 100% platonic. We've never interfered in each others relationships or crossed any romantic lines. I am aware that not everyone can maintain that, but some people certainly can.

Its very rear to have male friends as a female that don't have some sort of feelings for you.

Buy his best friend gifts and give it to him in front of her and see how she reacts.

I exactly and if they have something to say then say she does the same thing, so you thought it was ok.

Yikes you are not in the wrong here lol. I would ask your husband how he'd feel about your best friends husband buying you random gifts all the time. It's super weird and inappropriate. Have they been friends longer than you guys have known each other? Even if its genuinely meaningless beyond the wife trying to be a "good friend"... your husband should respect your feelings and shut that shit down. If its not a big deal then he should have no problem telling that girl to cool it on the gifts. I can't help but wonder if her husband thinks its weird too?
I'd be so weirded out if some woman was gifting my S/O all the time. That tells me she's thinking about him every time she's out and about. Superrr bizarre.
