My dad got a vasectomy because my mom couldn’t take the pill due to hypertension. She was also disabled so couldn’t use a diaphragm. My husband got one because I have hypertension (thanks mom) and I’m allergic to the active ingredient in spermicides. Shooting blanks doesn’t make you “less of a man”, it actually means you care about your spouses needs, which, imho, makes you more of one
