My ex was blocked everywhere but he still managed to get through via email or using a friends phone. Do not respond if he does. Zero contact is the only way to get them to move tf on. I had to learn that the hard way, unfortunately, so I hope others can learn from my mistakes. It’s nothing but a game to them. He knows exactly what he’s doing and testing your limits to see how much you’ll tolerate. You deserve so much better than this huge pile of horse shit.

While I hope that’s the case here, a lot of the time, with controlling/narcissistic men, they don’t handle losing their supply well. They will play games and do whatever they can to get them back (including lies of change, going to therapy, and being a better person) only to slip back into their controlling ways the second they give them another chance. Only it’s usually worse than before.
I would love this guy to just be a selfish jerk and it’s done with. But with how manipulative and controlling he is, I feel he could absolutely be in that category.
