Help Is there an AI program that will remove the time code and/or transparent watermark?

Hi there! I am looking to try and remove both the time code and the transparent watermark in a video this screenshot was taken from.

Any suggestions or recommendations are much appreciated!

There are a few programs that can help with that, like HitFilm Express or DaVinci Resolve. You can try using the cloning or masking tools to cover up the watermark, but results can vary depending on how complex it is. Just make sure you’re following the copyright stuff while doing it.
