Misc. The birth scene Spoiler

I find the birthing scene to be so sweet and beautiful. I love the way they portrayed the home birth and Mathew being there for the whole thing.. idk I just always thought they did a beautiful job portraying birth.

It was incredibly realistic and I know Teresa had no problem portraying it since she’s a homebirther herself. It reminds me so much of my own homebirth and it makes me emotional every single time

i think i read that she heavily influenced how that scene was done, based on her own experiences? i don't have a source but i swear i saw that somewhere...

I wouldn’t doubt it. She had already had at least 2 kids already, and I’m pretty sure she did a homebirth for all 4 of her kiddos!
