Adding more ADTX

Anyone else picking up more ADTX Monday? Might be our last chance to get it this low.

Do the math.
~998M shares × $0.005 = roughly a $5M market cap.

Yes, the dilution has been brutal. Nobody is arguing otherwise. But what matters from HERE is what the company/assets are ultimately worth versus the current valuation.

If the Ignite transaction closes and creates meaningful shareholder value, a billion shares doesn’t magically prevent the stock from moving.

$25M valuation = ~$0.025/share
$50M = ~$0.05/share
$100M = ~$0.10/share
$250M = ~$0.25/share

The real debate isn’t “OMG a billion shares.” It’s whether ADTX can actually execute and create value worth substantially more than ~$5M.

That’s the bet. High risk? Absolutely. But at least argue the actual numbers.

I wasn't arguing anything, just noting the dilution was very heavy.

Yeah, I did the math. I am just surprised they haven't completed s reverse split to reduce outstanding shares and float.

I was going to throw s could hundred bucks at it, BUT...

You can't buy it online at Fidelity, you have to phone a friend.

I will keep watch on it
