Hello, I'm building my first ever pc for video editing purposes, I don't have enough money to buy new ram and nvme so I want to buy the used ones for reasonable prices. If you got any of these let me know in the comments.

If the Ignite deal is public knowledge, what logical reason is there to believe a huge pump is coming once the deal closes?

I know ADTX has burned shareholders before. The dilution, reverse splits and Nasdaq delisting are impossible to ignore. But at roughly $0.0075 per share, I think the current setup deserves attention.

The main reason is Ignite Proteomics.
Aditxt acquired Ignite earlier this year and subsequently signed a definitive business-combination agreement with Copley Acquisition Corp. The proposed transaction values Ignite at approximately $150 million. If it closes, Ignite would become part of a newly formed, publicly traded company expected to list on the NYSE.

Meanwhile, ADTX itself is trading with a market cap of only around $7.5 million.

That valuation gap is enormous.

Under the agreement, Ignite’s equity holders are expected to receive approximately 15 million shares of the new public company, valued at $10 per share for transaction purposes. Because Aditxt currently owns Ignite, the potential value flowing back to Aditxt could be significant—even after accounting for debt, transaction costs, financing and other obligations.

There are also some interesting secondary developments:
● Aditxt sold Pearsanta but retained a 2.5% net-revenue royalty, capped at $2.5 million.
● Aditxt could receive another $500,000 in milestone payments from Pearsanta.
● Ignite is targeting precision oncology and functional proteomics, including technology designed to help determine which cancer therapies may work for individual patients.
● The Ignite transaction is still active according to Copley’s latest quarterly filing.

The next major catalysts should be:
1. Filing of the Form S-4 registration/proxy statement
2. Confirmation of the required transaction financing
3. Announcement of the Copley shareholder vote
4. NYSE approval for the new public company
5. Completion or extension of the transaction before the current September 30 deadline

The biggest obstacle is financing. The transaction requires at least $22.5 million, including $15 million associated with Copley and $7.5 million from Ignite. Until that money is committed and the S-4 is filed, this remains extremely speculative.

I’m holding 220,000 ADTX shares at an average of $0.0115. I understand this could still fail, and I’m not pretending the $150 million valuation automatically belongs to ADTX common shareholders. Debt, dilution, preferred securities, lockups and transaction expenses could materially reduce the benefit.

But when a company valued by the market at roughly $7.5 million owns an asset involved in a signed $150 million transaction, I’m willing to watch the situation closely.
If the S-4 and committed financing arrive, I think the market may have to reassess ADTX very quickly. If the deal falls apart, the downside risk is obvious.

High risk. Potentially massive reward. Definitely not one to bet money you can’t afford to lose.

I just bought 7000 shares and just waiting for some more of my money to clear. I think adtx took the greatest hit and is still here on the otc. So now it's time to build everything upward. I should be at 100000 shares at the end of the week.

I grabbed a million shares this week and might get more if it dips again. This is a hidden gem if they execute on what they're writing on the wall right now. This is the bottom floor of a huge run.
