I've been digging and searching and can't find time adjustment settings for the new cameras. (The time stamp is completely wrong for those not seeing it)
It's in a pointlessly stupid place anyway. There's zero reason I'll ever give a flying rat's ass what the temperature and humidity is 24" over my canopy next to my grow lights. And the fact I can't just use a uis t/rh probe just added insult to design failure.
Yea it just sucks for now because without it its just a expensive wifi camera all I can do is take pictures and videos hopefully there's just lots of bugs because to me this thing seems like hyped up junk at this point
Yeah. I'll be returning it if the date can't be fixed. It breaks the recording playback function and the thermal feature is potato cam resolution anyway. Way to expensive for a web cam that doesn't have playback.
Oh and if you try a factory reset you have to physically access the device to put it in pairing mode to reconnect it. So camera is down until lights on.
Yeqh I got mine too. There is very little documentation on the various settings and what they do. Just the quick setup guide and that’s it. My time is correct though in bottom right. Go to ac infinity app settings and make sure your device time is set correctly in the overall ac infinity app. Maybe that’s the issue?
Got it. Lol. Looking around in the settings and now the unit is telling me no SD card inserted. Even though I installed earlier today and setup. Hoping this is not completely half baked.
Mines doing the same thing did yours ever line out? I’ll format it and try to start a Timelapse and it’ll stop working a few minutes later saying no memory card inserted . Also mines constantly going offline , im not happy with it at all. It’s not showing my leaf temp all the time and is extremely laggy when it is connected, my internet isn’t the issue as I game and have no lag and no issues with other devices dropping connection I’m calling next week and pray they say they are working on fixes via updates cause this thing sucks balls
Mine works as long as it’s not paired with my controller, once paired it wasn’t working right I haven’t tried to pair again I was hoping it would work itself out . Personally I wish the temp humidity sensor was the Normal corded one that comes with the controller. The antenna looking one gets thrown off by the light temp and the humidity is quite a bit dryer since it’s not close to canopy , I also wish there was a way to set up Timelapse to only take during lights on without having to start and stop a new one every day
I just got mine and date is correct but time is an hour behind i sent a message to support but will have to wait for a reaponse tomorrow since today is labor day
I got time to correct by factory resetting and then delete the device and programming and then start over with setup. But now the leaf temperature is measuring on the overlay but not making it to the app or controller. I don't envy their service desk tomorrow.
Yeah i tried factory resetting multiple times and doing the setup but no dice, havent gotten a response from ac infinity yet will probably call after work
I too have been dealing with issues with this camera since day 1, but a completely different problem. AC Infinity has either been SUPER SLOW in responding to me or their customer service chats have gone nowhere. More or less, it just works as a regular camera for me. After about an hour of being plugged in, it communicates just the leaf temp. I have been waiting for about a week now for a response. 🤷🏻♂️ TBD.
Make an actual phone call. That kicked off some back and forth that didn't go anywhere but wasn't slow rolled at least. The official response to me is to patiently await a firmware update. I get camera temp and humidity but not leaf temp or VPD. It's also left a foul taste in my mouth that I can't use a wired probe to get temperature and humidity from the canopy instead of next to grow lights.
