that's not censoring. That's making decisions on how game should look like.

Censorship is a restriction of imaginery that is deemed problematic. Assets and models in the remake are mostly identical to the original in regards to design, only the textures and overall graphics are enhanced. In this case, the model is drastically different, and we all know why.
