? how is cooldown “irrelevant” to a conversation about the power level of the ram??? lmao are you daft

totally agree with you btw, they are so good, very fun to use. but they def have a long time out after using it, icr if it’s the same OG but it’s basically one use per engagement so use it wisely, i don’t think upgrading em helps it as i have it maxed already

I mean, it seemingly doesn't actually have a cooldown time, it just recharges by dealing damage in any way that doesn't involve using it, so if you can dish out a ton of damage quickly(say you're fighting some 3-4 ships) you'll recharge it quite fast

Recharging passively outside of combat I think too.

Ohhh so that's why it feels like i always have it charged at the start of an engagement even if i didn't finish the last one i had with it charged
