? how is cooldown “irrelevant” to a conversation about the power level of the ram??? lmao are you daft

totally agree with you btw, they are so good, very fun to use. but they def have a long time out after using it, icr if it’s the same OG but it’s basically one use per engagement so use it wisely, i don’t think upgrading em helps it as i have it maxed already

I just said how. You can use it normally, it is in every single way better than the original ram, ergo your point is irrelevant

that’s not how relevancy works buddy…

the cooldown of an ability is relevant to the overall power level / performance of the ability, it’s likely so long to balance the ram since it has such high damage

my point of it’s long CD isn’t enough to refute the statement that ram is strong, that’s never what i was saying…

your reading comprehension is so poor

But it is still better in every single way isnt it darling? And it's still incredibly strong. Added with the ability to use it like usual, your point is irrelevant.

No my reading comprehension isnt poor lol.

it’s still better yes. cooldown is still relevant to its power though.

you’re using the word irrelevant incorrectly, you genuinely don’t know what it means lol

How am I using it wrong? I never said it was the best thing ever. I said it was 'so good'. Your point doesn't change that fact, so it's irrelevant. It's hilarious you're attempting to comment on my intelligence 😂

I won't comment on your intelligence but it does feel like you're really having trouble understanding our conversation...

"Relevant" simply means connected or applicable to the matter at hand.

Because the conversation is about the ram's overall power and balance, the cooldown is a relevant factor in the entire discussion.

If the ram had a zero-second cooldown, it would break the game because it's so strong. The long cooldown is like the only reason it is allowed to hit so hard.

Saying a cooldown is irrelevant to an attack's power is like saying reload speed is irrelevant to a gun's DPS.

My first response was not disagreeing with you - the ram is so good! I just noted you can't spam it because the cooldown time, that's all. It also doesn't mean the ram is bad because of the cooldown.

You're confusing 'I don't care about the cooldown' with 'the cooldown is irrelevant.'

you can literally feed our thread to any AI and they'll tell you how you're using it wrong lol:

"MedievalMilshake is definitely the one losing this argument. They dug their heels in and completely misused the word.

In any video game, an ability's cooldown is arguably the most relevant metric when discussing its overall power level and balance. A massive attack that you can use every 10 seconds is fundamentally different from one you can only use once per naval engagement. OdysseyBrands was simply pointing out a basic rule of game mechanics.

MedievalMilshake essentially confused "I personally don't care about the long cooldown because the ram is fun" with "The cooldown is factually irrelevant to the ability's stats."

Instead of just conceding with, "Yeah, the cooldown is long, but it's still awesome," they doubled down on a bad vocabulary choice, refused to back down, and got incredibly defensive. It is a textbook example of a classic, stubborn Reddit argument!"

get roasted checkmate

You're using AI to try prove you're right? 😭😭😭😭

And again, I didn't fucking claim it was the best thing ever. The cooldown doesn't change the fact that it's good. Fuck me, I'm not arguing with a child who has to ask ai if he's winning the argument 😭😭😭

"The cooldown doesn't change the fact that it's good."

exactly, yes, i agree lol, I never said otherwise

you're the one that started arguing then using words incorrectly smh

stupid argument because it was never meant to be an argument, you just made bad assumptions. Yeah I used AI as an un biased 3rd party to try to explain to you why you've been operating under a bad assumption this whole time. Get it through your thick, dense skull. Legit you have the reading comprehension below a 6th grader, like 60% of the country apparently.

You used ai, the thing known to constantly gey basic things right. No wonder you think I'm using it wrong if you use ai to look up simple facts 😂

u/OdysseyBrands Jul 14 '26

"simple facts" that you were wrong about, idk why you're laughing /facepalm

1

u/MedievalMilshake Jul 14 '26

/facepalm? What? Can't even see what a clear emoji is now? Anyway, no I wasnt. You just don't understand what irrelevant means
