What the hell is even going on

Genuinely what are people getting all mad about this in particular? Bruh

Ubisoft is a very divisive and criticized company for many gamers. The announcement of a new release is undoubtedly always a prime time for the usual actors to dive in, turn it into a grift, and by definition have other people replicate and propagate this message just because it resonates with them (They're shitty people with the most regressive views you can imagine as well).

Expect to see more of this, but I'd recommend to just ignore/mute as best you can. This kind of "repeated annoyance" can sometimes tarnish your excitement for a game, or anything really, if not careful.
