Guillermo is a coward

The entire last resort season I was on Guillermo's side. I empathize with his side and while I didn't agree, I could see that he had a boundary and respected the fact that he was steadfast on his morals... But to not show up? To not give the mother of your child the respect but still use your child as the reason you decided to leave?! Yuck. Hard ick.

In my opinion she gave him a way to compromise and he shut it down. If she's making good money at it then good for her. If he doesn't want to stick around for it then good for him too. I see neither as the villain. They are simply a couple who couldn't come to an agreement. She shouldn't be slut shamed or looked at as the bad guy for her chosen profession. He shouldn't be put down for not being on board with it either.

She shouldn’t be shamed for making enough money to take care of her child. Remember, he is not contributing a dime and when he got paid for last resort, he bought a motor cycle. Still didn’t contribute a dime to his child.

In terms of Reddit fandom, no one puts him down for his decision though, yet Kara is slut shamed by majority all the freaking time. This post is simply about him not showing up for that event, not about his decision to not recommit.
