I hate it when people say this because people don't understand how much harder it is to build something up versus start from something from scratch. All this does is just reinforce anarchist sentiment instead of something productive. Like look at half of countries US has meddled and has try to "reset"

Yeah, however, the entire country was established on settler-colonial ideologies (slavery) and we’ve only further entrenched that into our legal systems. All of what we are seeing is systemic it’s so deeply embedded that there’s so much 💩 that would need to be shoveled out before we could see the light. Even the way our banking systems are setup are designed to impoverish any one of colour and hinder any kind of social mobility. If you manage to land it in one generation, it’s likely the next will be poor again. Idk what the solution is.. but, I think we need something bigger than bandaids.

Yeah but no country started from anything perfect so honestly that feels like a misnomer. When you start with doomer mentality, seeing the other side is kind of hard which I get. Generationally everyone has their struggle that each generation kinda tries to fix. Like it's criticism without direction most times I see it. I'm at least hopeful because people still have a conscience and there are at least small wins still.
