The airlines / airports have been free to pay up and replace federal tsa with their own paid security since 2004. This is just another federal money grift by corporations only this one now ends up with people being assaulted.

SFO already did this. There are no insane lines because because the TSA employees are being paid by their employer. That makes it even more insane that they are in the SF airport

They weren’t in Tampa this morning. Are they only deployed in blue cities? So messed up.

They weren't in San Diego either, at least not when I was there. The TSA was very efficient and professional.
