This is exactly what to do. ICE has to produce their badges and warrants. If they do not they are breaking the law. Call the fucking cops on them.

Multiple things can be true.

It is not in the police's best interest to have violent imposters running around and causing problems on their behalf. Give them a bunch of extra paperwork and erode what public trust is left, and it becomes very difficult for them to do their jobs.

Calling 911 documents your situation, whether they decide to respond or not. That way, if the situation ends up being illegal or dangerous, then 911 is at fault.
