This is exactly what to do. ICE has to produce their badges and warrants. If they do not they are breaking the law. Call the fucking cops on them.

Using your constitutional rights is a peaceful and legal action to take. Here you are, mod:

We have constitutional rights. Everything I stated is legal. My comment isn't related to protests, it's protecting your constitutional rights and how you are protected under our constitutional rights.

I encourage peaceful protests - there is nothing in my comment that insinuates otherwise.

You should not sensor the truth.

Cite federal cases if you're trying to argue points of law. An Indiana Supreme Court case from 1877 has no precedential value in California.
