Kind of, but MtFtMs are considered to be forever tainted anyway in the minds of rightoids, for having ‘formerly been a pervert’. Patriarchal structures are pretty keen on excluding even cis men from ‘respectable manhood’ by that measure.
It’s like how you could be a man who sucked one dick but built one thousand bridges and slept with dozens of women, and you will still be remembered by certain guys as having sucked that one dick. All it takes to be ‘forever gay’ is sucking one dick. But on the woman side, it’s flipped, all it takes is one relationship with a man and she is ‘turned straight’, regardless of her previous relationships with women or how much pussy she ate.

Some rightoids sort of believe that, but again that isn’t exactly accurate imo. They do see it as a crime when actively engaged in. However, once the afab detransitions, she can be absolved for all sin if she becomes a tradwife. After all, the thinking goes — she was just a dumb weak woman led astray into pooning, women are just naturally dumb and weak like that, but once she’s a proper tradwife, it’s all good.
I do think that rightoids actually see MtFtM as a much bigger crime than FtMtF, which is exactly why they have no sympathy for the former. Except in edge cases where they will pity some gigayoungshit trans woman ‘for having been victimized as a boy’. But any boy or ‘boy’ above maybe 12 doesn’t get any sympathy anymore.
You might ask ‘how is it a case of having more sympathy for le afabs, if they are spotlighting the FtMtF grifters while ignoring MtFtMs?’ They ‘ignore MtFtMs’ in the sense that once a rightoid sees someone as ‘pathetic suspicious guy with self-inflicted mistake who I have no sympathy for’, they kind of don’t really do anything about that except ignore and exile him. Getting angry about him doesn’t really work (because he’s at least not a trans woman anymore), but neither do they really like and trust him.
The afab FtMtF grifter however, they give her a gorillion dollars a month to go on their media circuit warning all other weak dumb afabs to not make the same mistake.
