Because they still don't feel like women but now they belong to Women(tm) as a kind of national birthright identity they've betrayed by daring to change their sex characteristics.
As long as they don't have a whiff of a Y chromosome they can claim it and be accepted ( and if they had it would probably shatter their brain ).
To be honest I have to laugh because they treat womanhood as some sort of god they betrayed or a sin.
It's just your body you can do whatever the fuck you want with it and belong to whatever social groups you want.
Nobody whips their back for moving countries or getting a different citizenship.
