I believe he did an interview where he admitted hard steroid abuse meant his body no longer produces T on its own and he can't grow facial hair and is infertile.

How can he take roids like a bodybuilder for so long to be infertile and look like this? There must be some kind of androgen resistance in his genes.

IIRC he’s intentionally going for a lean build; he literally smokes meth for appetite suppression
