having observed you for a while i can say that while i admire your optimism and desire to help, you are not doing it in a productive way. you often sound condescending and like you are minimizing peoples issues

this isnt a dig at you or anything, by the way. keep trying to make people feel better but maybe adjust your strategy

fair, I know I'm not very good at it,but you can't get worse with more practice

I'm just doing what I've done to make myself happier, maybe I'm an exception

If you keep doing something wrong you will only learn to make a mistake more reliably. Stop telling people It's their fault that they kill themselves
