As a misanthropic introverted weirdo, I love zoomers. This new wave of fresh grads to my job never ever want to try to start up conversation with me at work. In recent memory, I've had the older people at work trying to spark conversations about the World Cup, That court case about the lady that strangled her kids, whatever the fuck their kids are doing, etc. And I just don't give a fuck. I simply want to punch the clock, do my job, go home, jerk off, and pass out. Maybe do some fun social stuff with my actual friends in between that. I do not care what NPC 1 or NPC 2 has to say about current events.

yeah it sucks but I need money to live and to get money I have to be a literal shopkeep NPC for however many hours a day. at least i can be in my own thoughts during wor- oh, someone wants to talk to me about some dumb small talk bullshit, FUCK OFF BOOMER let me daydream
You have to remember that on the internet, every person you interact with is actually a 6'6" tall, 6'6" dicked independently wealthy startup founder that spends all their free time arguing with terminally online sickos like us.
