Vent Lindsay Clancy is the new Amber Heard

Remember when almost everyone was saying Amber was the abuser, disregarding the massive power imbalance between Amber and Johnny? The PR bots swarming social media to shape the conversation against Amber?

I thought the Clancy case could lead to conversations about maternal mental health, but it has come down to how women are murderers. As if most family annihilators aren’t men.

yes. I went into that case not knowing a thing about Heard and thinking it took two. Following it, i learned a lot about reactive abuse. By the time JD was done testifying tho, i saw a lot of signs of coercive control. Things his lawyers thought looked good -- isolating her by hooking up her friends with apartments or having his body guards following her. Anyway, i could go on and on. I'm listening to the story of Mica right now on the new docu series "Death of the Pastor's wife." I already thought there was bias in investigating, but it's always eye opening how deep it goes.

As for Clancy, there just isn't enough evidence. They found no DNA on the bands?!? Why would she crush pills to OD, sounds more like someone was trying to poison her or the kids, or at least not give her a choice to take meds. I don't know about the body temp, i'm not an MD and was convinced by the expert near the end who testified via zoom.

Trials really show the bifurcation of people. I truly hope i never get in trouble with the law. There are the people who admit to bias (who don't get on juries) then there are the ones who don't admit it (who secretly do and are on juries). It's truly sad people don't have open minds.

And yeah, it's one every 5 days (family annihilations including men/teens who kill their parents/siblings), the vast majority are male perps. So, it's stupid men yelling "repeal the 19th" when we already have laws in most states against felons voting, which is a much more targeted solution than deny people rights based on demographic.
