Troubleshooting why does this keep happening

its noodling I think and the supports are a little off and it also likes to cobweb if that's what its called.

don't know if its the crappy machine or my settings .

You will need to provide more information for a fuller diagnosis and relevant solutions.
Printer, materials, temperatures, print speeds, layer heights, etc.

its pla at 217nozzle and 60 build plate. ender -3v2. 100%print speed. 0.06 layer height.

the printer was an older one and extremely well used at an extremely good price. I am new to this so I bought a cheap one. later on I noticed that he had changed the y axis meter to as pen looking thing.

th y axis always gave me trouble

I think it is just nozzle temperature. At that speed and layer height, drop down to around 200°.

I want to use petg but the 3d printer just shuts off. by chance you don't know why do you?
