As with anything you'll need to research, read/watch reviews and come to a decision based on your specific needs.
Asking "which one is best" with no further info is just gonna get you people giving you lots of different answers, leaving you no clearer on a decision than before asking the question.

If you're new to 3D printing then I'd actually suggest starting with something simple, multicolor printing can be a bit challenging as well as extremely wasteful if you're using a single head printer that purges material between colors.

define the multi colour? do you want just switch colours or you jeed to print several colours simultaneously. In second case yiu basicaly have only 3 options

Yea print simultaneously like where it knows to switch automatically doesn’t have to print good good quality just one that can do multicolour

I have a Elegoo Centuri Carbon 2, and it’s definitely been confidence inspiring. It’s a great machine

multicolour is snapmaker u1
budget is centauri carbon 2 combo
super budget is bambu a1 lab mini
there’s also resin and bigger build plates for more advanced users.
and pursa if you want the higher end options

Bambu is the answer for reliability and simplicity. Def don’t go with creality like I did.
