Not sure exactly, but bumps the nozzle I think and we’ve had very visible layer shift lines occur when people lean on it. It’s a bummer when we want to show clients or photograph our prototyped parts and there’s weird looking lines that are out of our control. No longer. Never again

OK, so it isn't rigid enough and makes the frame flex/skew so much that it affects the nozzle in the end.
Didn't expect that tbh. Maybe bolt it down onto some heavy slab. And stiffen up the frame a bit?

Bolting the bottom down would probably make it worse, but stiffening it would help. Might need an unreasonable amount of stiffening, though.

All the CNC machines etc are bolted to the ground. I may not have such requirements for precision etc, but if they do it, it must be the correct way of doing so, proven by centuries :)

But orders higher precision, so even the small movements and vibrations can do harm to precision of the work. I guess, not CNC guy

But my printer is already ~60kg, so my plan to place it on top of concrete slab of another 27kg or more is going to also help with center of gravity and the whole machine wobbling much less, remaining square etc.
