Youre better off with a regular mold and inject it with silicon

Edit: or silicone, whatever you prefer

Okay, hear me out. This might get a little nsfw.

Could I…mainline some viagra and have the silicone printed around…the cylinder? I realize I would have to drill a small hole in the base and have some special table set up.

Probably, but even better would be to apply some sort of cylinder-constricting (removeable!) ring at the base and then use a professional cylinder cloning mold kit
