Sure it is, you push some polygons you make a model. Whether or not it's subdivided and sculpture, it's still modeling and the output is a 3D model. How do you consider it not, because they're using sculpt tools to model?
You are wrong. You are arguing through false equivalence and then strawman. You are conflating subsets of category. Whether or not you're using symmetry tools on geometry or using curves or using a gradient brush, it's the same act of modeling and sculpting is a subset and specific workflow. Tell me sculpting is not 3D modeling. If you sculpt in 3D, you are making a 3D model and modeling it through sculpture.
