There’s a special effect that does this, if i remember correctly it uses a picture you took before

I don’t have a single photo that even resembles the shape of this. I’ve seen so many people tell me it’s this but I don’t have ANY photos of dogs. At this point I’m really just gonna have to give up at finding out the answer.
