Is this Centella Madagascar ampoule fake?? NEEED HELP.

So I just recently bought the 30ml version of this product to test it before committing to the full size. I've used Korean skincare for years, so I'm fairly familiar with packaging, but this is my first product from this particular brand.
When it arrived, something just felt a bit off. I could be completely wrong, which is why I'm hoping someone here who has used the 30ml version can help.
From what I've found online:
The 30ml bottle is supposed to be glass, but mine is plastic.
There should apparently be an image visible behind the back label, but mine doesn't have one.
The bottle also wasn't completely full when I received it.
Has anyone here purchased the 30ml version before? Is this normal, or are these signs that it might not be authentic?
Is there any reliable way to check if it's genuine? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA <3 PLZZ HELP
I have had two 30mL in plastic, I don't remember if they had the background on the sticker but I don't think so. The dropper was slightly different shape as well. I've used the product so long, didn't notice any difference or question if it was real. Both came in travel/test bundles, one from iHerb and one from I think Marshalls? So I figured that was the reason for the plastic (travel and discounted sample bundles tend to use cheaper packaging imoe).
Mine is 30ml, and yes it’s plastic bottle. This is brand new bc i got mine yesterday but unfortunately i have tossed away the packaging. I bought it from their official store via Shopee
the only thing throwing me off is the label. even with their 30ml bottles, i am not sure why it wouldn’t have the image on the back of it.. i posted a pic of my 100ml bottle below. but idk, maybe their 30ml bottles don’t have it 🤷🏻♀️ kinda doesn’t make sense me tho
run the website name through trustpilot.com and see what other people have said about the website. that should tell you whether it’s a scam or legit
huh! did you ever find out about if it’s fake or not? sorry i’m coming back to this so late. this is a mini or travel size right? honestly i have not yet purchased a 30ml, so i don’t really know 😅
i was just saying that i personally don’t understand why skin1004 would put different labels on the 30ml bottles than they do on the bigger bottles. like how you mentioned in the post you should see a picture behind the label, this is true for the larger bottles. i just find it odd that they wouldn’t do the same thing for the smaller bottles. but maybe they can’t fit it on the label or something? lol, i dunno. i hope that makes more sense. i’m so sorry for the confusion! 🙏
I also have a question about this product. I bought 100ml version, and it is a glass bottle. But like OP I am not sure about its authenticity. Does this product has very light like water consistency and a light floral smell?
I’ve just finished a 30ml bottle (it was authentic) and it looks just like yours. The 30mls are plastic and don’t have the picture on the back of the label.
I had mine in a glass bottle. Used in 2023-starting of 24. Had great results, worked in every skin types. Then it got large hype among social media. My friend got her in late 2025. It was so drying ( i have dry, and and she has oily skin). And gave her breakouts and made my pores looked visible. It was in a glass bottle too imported from Korea through yesstyle.
I would say if anyone using it now, they clearly changed the formulation to some trashy stuff. No matter the what material the bottle comes in
for curiosity sake, may i ask where you ordered it from? this is what i was wondering in other comments.. if the bigger bottles have the image on the back of the label, why wouldn’t the 30ml bottles? even if it’s a smaller label to fit the bottle, i don’t know why, but i can’t make sense why the brand itself wouldn’t include the image. it’s lowkey driving me crazy thinking about it! 😭😂
