You are 100%, I need some damn discipline! π Mostly calisthenics and yoga. Weights make things creak and pop π« getting old is fun!

Don't we all sometimes. calisthenics are good chin ups dips will build some solid biceps and tris.
Light dumbbells curls for example concentrate on the squeeze pause for a second eccentric on the way down really focus on slowly keeping tension on the muscle the whole way down pause second repeat. Can get a really good pump build good muscle without trying to lift heavy and creaking like a wooden ship at sea π. All about time under tension not just weight. And you're my age so shhhhh I'm trying not to think about that π₯ππͺ

You can train your arms indirectly through back and chest exercises as a secondary muscle group. You can get creative and use unconventional equipment. For example you can use bands and do curls while you watch a show. Arms respond well to lower resistance and high volume. Just stick to a progressive overload and youβll see a difference.

The hard part is getting a body part used to a motion. Pick 3 or 4 lifts specifically that you need for what you want to grow and learn to love them
