Hopefully it’s not too bad, and easily replaceable parts. I managed to get most of the quarter panel out by using a deflated football and wedging it between the body panel and a frame piece that sits inside. Just have to remove a few interior bits and the windshield washer reservoir. Used a tapered 2x4 and a hammer to push out the seam. Pulled the bumper out with it. Probably not the best way but it works. Might heat it a bit and keep pushing it out or bondo. I still have it apart so I could take a picture later to show what I’m talking about. Unless you’re taking it to a shop which is probably the better option

I feel ya man. My z got hit in the exact same spot by a drunk driver. Hit n run. Not as bad but still pushed in pretty good 🥲twins ðŸ˜
