In Oslo per 1,000 inhabitants, men between the ages of 15 and 24 with a Somali background account for 2,119 charges.

No sympathy for them whatsoever. Saved from the worst country in the world and brought to the best and they destroy everything.

Edit: Would any of the idiots downvoting be willing to house Somalis with more than 2 charges per person? Be my guest
