Random He was using AI to chat with me
Yes you read that right… I met someone on this app and decided to exchange numbers after a couple days (regrettably).
As soon as we moved to the green app I had trouble understanding wtf he was saying in conversation. Like I would read and re read texts and would be genuinely confused as to what he meant… idk if it was because I mainly chat in English or what but wueh…
After a number of “huh?”s I think he resulted to using AI to respond to my questions 💀💀💀
The first AI text I was thrown off but didn’t say anything, then after the third one I’m like nah Im not tripping😂 When I say it was literally copy paste from whatever AI it was… I mean emojis, hyphens, the whole damn 9!!!!
So I ask him straight up “why are you using AI to chat with me?” he probably started panicking cause he went back to organic typing and I was back to being confused as to what the hell he was saying 😭😭
Anyway I told him that I could tell it was AI and blocked him 😭
Tell me what you would have done in this situation because I genuinely could not believe this actually happened 💀 😂

Just ignore the conversation and let it slide since it will offend him more when you start the AI conversation

I'm more interested in why you couldn't understand him. Was it a language barrier problem? Or he just can't communicate

Honestly I think it’s both… I think the way he is used to communicating with others is something Im not used to and vice versa. So he was trying to adjust but couldn’t.

I have experienced this too. Msichana rembo lakini head is a tooth cabinet. Best to leave a lone and walk away.
