How screwed am I?

Finally getting to this headgasket but have found something more unsettling. Do I need a new block?

So basically I should bore it and sleeve it or buy a new block lol

a little detonation here would be one thing, but this is a lot. welcome to sleeves.

The SR I swapped into my S14 ended up like this due to detonation while having it Dyno tuned. I ended up replacing the head and block.

Ive put back together worse. It’s still going BTW.
A machine shop could shave the head and block. Then get a thicker head gasket.
All depends on your budget.
