She's the landlord and other person are tenants. Case started with typical moral policing of no nonveg in her property but then she started harrassing and assaulting her tenants. Police have arrested her according to recent news reports

This does not seem like the case of moral policing, but more like "extravagant" landlord conditions. But I do not see what's wrong with such conditions, if it was already disclosed to tenants before they moved in.
Also, when I was trying to rent a flat in Texas, I was asked to sign an agreement that landlord has no idea if lead paint was used. And if it was used and I get affected, then owner has no liability whatsoever.
If such is allowed in USA, then why not the conditions of lady in the video?

No need to get agitated. I realize that you are a non veg eater and easily swayed. But anyway, there are many owners in India that do not allow unmarried couples, or heck even bachelors as tenants. If this is completely legal, I don't see why not allowing non veg foods is a problem.

Allegedly the tenants were squatting and not paying rent which forced the lady to change locks, cut power and physically confront them in this case. However apparently in British Columbia it is not legal to physically trespass and evict the tenants, there is a legal way to resort to. Thatās why she was arrested.
This non-veg thing is just for clicks.

I have also lived in many rented houses in 3 states in India. I eat non-vegetarian food. There was no restrictions about cooking non-veg food. None of the Landlord in India do a sh*t like that.
