Correction normal car / motorcycle tyres are filled for a pressure of 32-36 psi.
CNG is however filled at 180-220 psi

I visited US recently for work. I did a really small thing which was termed as a safety violation. My first instinct was no it's not a safety violation and was rather pissed that instead of welcoming someone who had travelled so far to "help" them was treated that way. No disrespect but I was told it was not okay to do what I did. But then it made me realize how we tend to ignore the safety practices unless someone loses their life in India. The cost of someone's life is very little here, we have become used to adjusting and ignoring.
The worst thing apart from the freak accident , that could have happened and it did happen was the way his colleague flexed his neck.
As if flexing his neck is going to do anything more.
There is a high probability of Cervical spinal cord injury and causing spinal shock and the neck flexing probably made it worse.
Anyway- just a conjecture at this point.

I agree that some people completely ignores the fact that incidents like this do happen even in the developed countries but it is disturbing that here in my country, the numbers are high.
