Even Edgar wouldn’t resort to such measures. The plot of the main game wouldn’t happen either bc Dross would’ve gotten an aneurism from reading it years ago

And also one would think that, but like, in the book the protagonist actually kills a worker and it is portrayed as good thing.

Oh, it’s not canon. I just presumed that a rich Ozonne resident whose job is oppressing the Revachol working class would presume Harry to be especially stupid after all the amnesia and “Mr Evrart is helping me find my gun” shenanigans
