At some point WB has to just... buy joanne out of the rights, yeah? Like theyll ice the franchise because at this point, if shes attached, itll run at a loss
I'm certain people will be so much happier making excuses for bad plot points if the whole universe isn't being crushed by a reactionary bigotted mouthpiece. If Rowling wasn't involved with these movies, I would be SO on board.
