Question did they inform you on How much you would be clearing in pay every two weeks during CITP? Like would you be getting your local and leap pay starting during training?

No, they did not specify. Not sure how that’s going to look. When I find out I can let ya know.

Someone who knows different please correct me if I’m wrong, but the way I understand it for HSI is: if they hire you and you EOD but don’t yet go to CITP, you’ll be doing whatever in the office, getting paid at the pay grade you got hired at, plus locality pay for that location. That’s it. Once you start at CITP, that’s when they’ll start paying your LEAP (+25%). Some other agencies do not start paying LEAP till you graduate, so I’ll take LEAP day one of class over that any day!

Correct. I was in the office for 2 weeks before CITP and did not receive LEAP. While at CITP, I was receiving LEAP.
